You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Grief after the loss of a child changes every part of life.
Whether your loss is recent or many years behind you, support can help you carry what feels impossible.
My work offers compassionate, one-on-one and group support for parents navigating grief, trauma, identity loss, and the emotional realities of life after profound loss.
There is no pressure to “move on.”
Only support for moving forward in a way that honors both your child and yourself.
My Approach
My work follows three core principles:
REMEMBER
Keeping your child’s life, story, and meaning central.
REGULATE
Supporting you through the emotional realities of grief.
REBUILD
Helping you continue living while honoring the love you carry.

You are allowed to grieve honestly here.

What to Expect
Sessions are conversational, compassionate, and centered around your individual experience.
There is no “right” way to grieve and no expectation that you have everything figured out before reaching out.
Some parents come needing a place to talk openly. Others are looking for tools, grounding, guidance, or ongoing support over time.
Wherever you are in your grief, we begin there.
If you would like to talk, I invite you to schedule a confidential introductory call. Together we can explore what support may help you most right now.
