Gratitude -


Are you focusing on what you’re grateful for or what you’re lacking?


We all do both. What’s important is to notice both thoughts and choose what you want to spend your energy on.


If you notice your negative thoughts of lacking, can you use it to become a positive? For example The thought:


“I need more of (fill in the blank).” Could be turned into a action of: “How can I achieve more of (fill in the blank)?”


Notice how your possibilities open up when you approach any

problem with a question.


Your problem is to answer the question. The good news is, there’s countless answers! Answer your question and take action. If that doesn’t work, pick another answer to the same question. You will learn so much with this approach on challenges. If you’re learning, you are growing.


Be grateful for the lesson of finding solutions and achieving what

you want.
