Surrendering

When your making big changes in your life, going after a goal, work on one thing at a time.
Decide what it is you REALLY want? What does it look like? Imagine how it will feel once you’ve accomplished it? Sit with that as if it is already done.
Each day look at what you can do and do it. Make a list of all the things that need to be done and choose to do one if not more everyday.
This will create momentum that will inspire you to keep going.
When we think of everything all at once we create overwhelming stress for ourselves. Your “to do” list will help you focus and calm your overwhelm. Nobody can do everything at once: where focus goes, energy flows. Be very aware of what you’re thinking about and make sure your thoughts help you.
-Slow down
-Take a deep breath
-Make a “to do” list
-Do one thing at a time
-Imagine it done and feel what that feels like
Use the sentence: “I get to” instead of “I have to”
Using the “I have to” sentence, will drain you and discourage you and nothing will change.
On the other hand, the “I get to” sentence, offers opportunity and possibilities. Creating movement and excitement.
Remember to be aware of yourself and take care. We can push ourself into exhaustion by how we think, making everything harder than it is. If you find yourself there, it’s good to stop, surrender to what is at that moment and rest. Tomorrow is a perfect day to begin again! Surrendering can open up more opportunities for us that we never thought about.
The possibilities are endless, you can do anything you desire, make this life the life you’ll be really proud of at the end of your life.
Be brave enough to take time to decide what, how and who you want to be.
You got this! Respond to this email if you need help.
