Here We Go Again

Here we go again, the end of 2024 is almost here and 2025 will be here in a flash.

I caught myself reflecting about 2024 and immediately realized I didn’t reach all of my goals for the year. I started to think negatively about my life. This is what the human brain will always offer. If you don’t catch it, it’s a very slippery slope down.

It takes awareness and practice to manage and just like me, your brain will try and take you down. It’s self sabotage! I have many years practicing thought management and was able to recognize my negativity quickly.

The next step my friends is easy, look at what else is available. For me, I looked at the rest of my year and noticed all my wins! My whole year wasn’t a failure, that’s just what my brain offered me. I had multiple wins and didn’t give myself credit for them. This is another bad habit our brain will have us do.

As you close out 2024, make sure you’re validating your wins, even the small ones. That’s where momentum lives. With validation we get motivated to be better, do more, experience the positive life has for us. Then we naturally start to create more of what we want.

I’m giving myself a HIGH FIVE for all my wins. They weren’t easy, I worked on every one, stayed focused and determined as if it was done while doing it. Now, I will do it again for 2025!!! Please join me and give yourself a HIGH FIVE for all your wins.

My unreached goals still exist, I haven’t given up. I’ve become for creative in ways to reach them! As long as we’re learning, we’re winning!

If you need help, give me a call.

Have a great week!
