Making Some Changes

“There is no finer sensations in life that which comes with victory over one’s self. Go forward to a goal of inward achievement, brushing aside all your old internal enemies as you advance.”

~Unknown

  • Take action

  • Make change

  • Stop complaining

  • Go with it

How else do you plan on succeeding? If you’re wanting for change and it seems like it’s impossible, do something different. Break it down into a shorter distance. Everything happens in steps, so take one step at a time. What can you do today to get one step closer to what you want? Just like losing weight: you have to start with 1 pound before you can lose 20.

Take Action!

The only reason you haven’t reached your goal is in your action or inaction. If what you're doing doesn’t work, stop doing it and take a new approach with a different action. You already know the results of the actions you’ve taken. If the results aren’t what you hoped for, you need to try something different, (we all know this). It’s about getting outside your comfort zone. That’s were things start to change, if you’re nervous or scared, you’re probably in the right place.

When you start seeing the changes you want, keep going. Keep up what’s working, “rinse and repeat” your actions when the results are in your favor.

Appreciate all of what you’re experiencing; the highs and the lows. Keep learning from all of it. If you're struggling and unsure, try journaling. Just getting your thoughts out of your head can change your perspective.

We all have patterns, do you know what yours are? If you can recognize your patterns, you can understand why you keep getting the same results.
