It’s a great question to answer. Write your answers down and look at them. If some of them are negative, question them. Is there a possibility they’re wrong?
We tell ourselves things like: “We’re not…….”
Good enough
Making enough money
Strong enough
Smart enough
Thin enough
Successful
Or
Nobody likes us
We don’t fit in
We suck
The list can go on and on. I know you have done this. We all have!
We have over 60,000 thoughts per day and most of them, we’re not aware of. When you say something negative about yourself, whether you are conscious of it or not, it makes you feel terrible. If that thought isn’t true, you’re torturing yourself. It’s crazy how the human brain goes wild if it’s not managed.
