Stuck on Tuesday

Feeling stuck, scared or confused? Don’t worry, that’s called Tuesday in my world.

I like to consider the challenge in front of me like a puzzle. I look at it from all angles to find the solution that’s most fitting. I don’t give up or push myself to solve the issue right away. I trust the solution will show itself at exactly the right time.

If I can’t do that, then I know I need to talk with someone. That maybe a friend, family member or my coach. It’s important to have a good support system when solving whatever life is throwing at you.

Once you get in the habit of seeing every obstacle as an opportunity to get creative and do something different, you can start making changes and feel how capable you really are.

Here are some thoughts I personally like to think when I’m challenged:

“Ok, now what can I do?”

“What is meant for this moment?”

“What else am I not seeing?”

None of these thoughts are a problem unless you think they are.

Our power is in our perspective. Change your perspective and see if you can change your thoughts. Your thoughts are what create your feelings. You have 100% control over your thoughts, if you choose.

Let’s talk about it!
