The Ripples

Reclaim yourself and live the true nature of your life.

We all have own uniqueness, embracing it with compassion and love will help you live purposefully.

We all also have the choice of how we live with ourselves. At the end of the day, rest with peace of mind that you’re fine.

Everything will be ok and you can handle any challenges with love. This takes giving yourself time and space to decide how and who you want to be. The more you do it, the quicker it becomes a habit. Living in your true nature.

As we all need to love; it’s human nature. Handling challenges with love takes mindfulness. When confronted with confrontation, do you feel good reacting back to it with more confrontation?

Usually not.

If we all stay mindful and allow others to just be and let them move on, we get to keep our peace.

When we’re in a peaceful mindset, we create peace. Everything we do has a ripple effect. Knowing that and staying mindful will help you choose your response.

I’m writing about this because, the other day I parked my car next to a large vehicle parked crooked. I couldn’t see the lines, they had faded, but I parked as well as I could (I was slightly off the line). I was sitting in my car responding to my phone when a woman walked up and slammed a post it note on my windshield in front of my face. I was a little surprised! I read the note; she called me a name telling me to learn how to park! My windows were down, and I looked up at her and said “have a nice day!” She was clearly disturbed and had a very angry expression on her face. She stomped off about her day. I on the other hand, wasn’t disturbed by her at all, I actually felt really sorry for her. She was in such a negative mindset. I can’t imagine anything good happening for her that day. I just wished her well and went about my day with peace. Her ripple stopped with me 😌

Be great

Be unshakable

Be true
