It’s common to find ourselves running from one thing to another, just to end our day back at home and exhausted.
When I get caught up doing this, I find I don’t sleep as well and my stress level is way to high. This is what I call chasing my tail.
I’m not enjoying my life, I’m unorganized and neglecting my health. I’ve disconnected from my center.
To re-center myself, I make a point of stopping everything! I must stop to gather my wits together and take control of the wheel in my life. This is where we all need to be to live the life we want, find peace and calm.
Take notice and take the wheel to guild your life in the direction you want to go. You’ll find yourself motivated and focused creating a lot more satisfaction and ambition. Your health will improve, you’ll have more energy and joy will find its way back to you.
